Returns & Refunds Policy

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days of purchase with your receipt.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement by e-mail info@matrixxabrasives.com.au

No goods will be accepted for return without prior authorisation.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

• The goods are in the original packaging, and in saleable condition

• A 20% restocking fee applies

• Freight charges are non-refundable

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

• The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the address indicated on the contact page of the website matrixxabrasives.com.au

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Warranties:

Products sold on the website matrixxabrasives.com.au are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Matrixx Abrasives warrants it's own branded products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase under normal use and maintenance.

This warranty excludes misuse, neglect, modification, incorrect application, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow instructions.

To make a warranty claim, contact info@matrixxabrasives.com.au with proof of purchase and details of the issue. Claims will be assessed in accordance with the manufacturers or Matrixx Abrasives's warranty policy and the ACL.

Consumer Guarnatees

To the extent permitted by law, Matrixx Abrasives's liability is limited to replacement, re-supply, or refund of goods as outlined in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Nothing in theses terms excludes your statutory rights under Australian Law.

Jurisdicton

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
